Submit Your Application
Fill out the application form below with your business details, contact information, and the postcode areas you cover. Tell us about your depot, delivery capabilities, and current product range.
Application Review
Our partnerships team reviews your application within 5 working days. We assess coverage areas, product overlap, and fulfilment capacity to ensure a good fit for both parties.
Onboarding & Setup
Once approved, we set up your partner profile in our system. You configure your service areas (postcode districts), delivery rules, product catalogue, and pricing. Our team guides you through every step.
Start Receiving Orders
When a customer in your coverage area orders a product you stock, the order is automatically routed to you. You receive an order notification with all the details — products, quantities, customer information, and delivery/collection instructions.
Fulfil & Earn
Fulfil the order from your stock. For delivery orders, dispatch to the customer address. For collection orders, the customer collects from your depot. You invoice Stonegate at your agreed cost price — we handle all customer-facing payments and support.
