Product overview

Skyguard Bond & Seal Mastic is part of the Skyguard family and provides the essential finishing touch to a Skyguard EPDM membrane installation. Specifically engineered for use with these membranes, it bonds and seals the EPDM securely to roof perimeters, delivering a dependable, watertight edge detail. Once applied, this high-performance mastic keeps the membrane firmly in place around the perimeter, reducing the risk of edge lift or peeling over time. Its flexible formulation accommodates natural roof movement, helping to support a long-lasting installation with a life expectancy of up to 50 years when used as part of a complete Skyguard system. Supplied ready-to-use straight from the tube, Skyguard Bond & Seal Mastic is quick and straightforward to apply, making it suitable for homeowners and confident DIYers alike. Applied using a mastic gun to achieve a neat, controlled bead, something professional installers will appreciate.
